Exchange & Refunds
In case you need to cancel your order you can do so prior to dispatch of the product(s). Please get in touch with us immediately at customercare@de-caron.com.
If you wish to return or exchange your item(s) then please write to customercare@de-caron.com within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order. Please note that this right only applies if the item(s) are unworn and returned in the original condition including the provided branded packaging. When you prepare your parcel for the return/exchange please package the product(s) securely and include a note with your Full Name, Address and Order Number inside the parcel. You can choose your preferred courier. Please keep in mind that the parcel needs to be tracked and signed for due to security reasons. Please understand that de Caron is not responsible for the return shipment process. Shipping costs to send back the items will be at your charge.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the item(s) while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, de Caron may have a right to deduct the cost of any deterioration, up to the price of the item(s), from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled. When notifying our customer service team you should include your Full Name, Order Number, and the Product Code of the item you wish to send back also stating the reason for the return or exchange.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for items purchased from a third party.
Once the returned item(s) will be received and inspected fully, a refund will be carried out. Please note that refunds can take several working days before appearing in your account (which shouldn’t take longer than 14 days after we have received your parcel back). We will refund by using the same method you originally used to pay for the order, unless agreed otherwise.
Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible and return the item within 14 days of receipt. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time. We will refund, repair or replace faulty product(s) if they are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective (through no fault of your own wearing or use). Given that you have not worn or used and damaged the item(s), we will refund the cost including any delivery charges you may have paid.
If you wish to exchange your product(s) then the value of the new item(s) has to match or exceed the original value of the product(s) and you will be required to pay the difference.
