Delivery

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible. Generally, you should receive your order within 4-9 business days depending on your location. Please note that packages are not transported during weekends and local public holidays. Due to external factors (Covid restrictions, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.) the delivery times might vary. Estimated delivery times are for in stock products only.

Please note that all deliveries are tracked and must be signed for. Your de Caron lifestyle jewellery will arrive beautifully gift wrapped with our luxurious branded boxes and packaged in a discreet padded envelope.

Any potential import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.

*Please remember that most carriers cannot guarantee an international delivery within 2 working days, but currently enjoys a very high success rate. Please note that if you order before noon GMT it will have a greater chance of next day delivery.

**Note that if you want to receive your parcel within 4 working days then you should choose this option. Especially during the Christmas period we suggest to select this service or Worldwide Express Delivery.
